So, over the last couple of months, we’ve been bringing you a dedicated weekly podcast looking at Sunderland AFC Ladies on the @RokerReport Twitter feed.
By now you might have noticed that Twitter has introduced a new feature called Twitter Spaces which, in simple terms, is basically a live, interactive podcast function that you can use to communicate out to your followers. They appear at the top of your feed as little purple icons when they’re live.
And this week, even though there has been no Lasses match due to the international break, we’ll be online once more at the slightly later time of 8.30pm to 9.30pm to look back at the amazing performance of ex-Sunderland player and legend Beth Mead for the Lionesses on Saturday, and ahead to the Sunderland Ladies match away at Charlton Athletic Women on Sunday.
How can I listen/take part?
It’s very simple – just make sure that you are following us on Twitter (click here for our page) and then at 8.30pm, when we go live, click the prompt at the top of your app to join the conversation.
If you’d like to take part, tweet us with your question for Ant Waterson. Katie Hume, Graeme Field, or any of our special guests – or if you’d like to go one step further and actually jump in and talk live on the air, you can request to speak once you’re in the chat. It’s really rather simple and quite fun!
Another easy way to join is to click here or on the tweet below, and then press ‘Set a Reminder’ – that way, you’ll get a notification on your device when we go live tonight at 8.30pm BST.
Everyone’s welcome. See you all then!
