Dear Roker Report,
Well our No1 keeper has gone. But looks like Joe Hart is begging for a club to pick him up. Surely he must be a good bet for SAFC as the No1 keeper? If he’ll accept the wage of course.
Leave Ben Alnick out of the frame, he’s got a bad history.
Paul
Ed’s Note [Tom]: Hi Paul, I don’t think Sunderland are in with a realistic chance of signing Joe Hart, whatsoever. The likes of Alnwick are realistic signings for the level we are at, I’m afraid. Hope you’re well.

Dear Roker Report,
I’ve been a fan of Sunderland for years, I’ve seen then go through good times and bad (the relegation to the old third division springs to mind), but when ever we hit a low we always found a way to bounce back. Under this group of owners though all I see is a club being dragged down further into dark days and no hope of fighting back to the top league.
Wayne Allison
Ed’s Note [Tom]: Hi Wayne, Sunderland definitely feels like a club devoid of all hope at the minute - the lack of footy has made things even tougher. It’s incredibly disappointing to see the club continue to slide into obscurity. We definitely need something positive to happen in order to lift people’s spirits. Hope you’re safe and well.
