Sunderland midfielder Bali Mumba has been in Norwich ahead of his move to the newly relegated Premier League side.

The England youth international posted a picture of himself on social media that shows him in the city alongside former Arsenal youth winger Matthew Dennis, who is also expected to sign for Daniel Farke’s side.

Sunderland are believed to have accepted a fee of around £350,000 from Norwich for the academy product with the club said to be unwilling to let the 18-year-old run down the one year remaining on his contract.

Ex-Black Cats on the move

Sunderland academy product Tom Beadling has joined his hometown club Barrow as they look ahead to next season under new manager, ex-Blackburn Rovers playmaker David Dunn.

Beadling left Scottish outfit Dunfermline in May and has signed a two-year deal with the League Two newcomers and he joins fellow academy product and Barrow’s first choice goalkeeper Joel Dixon at the Bluebirds.

Another academy product was on the move yesterday as Max Stryjek joined Scottish Premiership side Livingston.

The Polish goalkeeper signed a three-year deal with Livingston after leaving Eastleigh.

Robbin Ruiter is a man in demand, the former Sunderland goalkeeper had been linked with a move to Heerenveen as he considers a transfer away from PSV Eindhoven in search of first team football but reports in the Netherlands suggest that Willem II are now the front runners for his services.

Voetbal International claim PSV want €500,000 for Ruiter, an amount that was deemed too much by Heerenveen, leaving Willem II to negotiate with PSV over a possible transfer.

Kyle Lafferty is closing in on his move to Reggina, according to reports in Italy. Tutto Reggina report that the club and the former Sunderland striker have reached an agreement and are now just waiting for an official announcement.

Finally, ex-Sunderland loanee Ki Seung-Yung is expected to sign for FC Seoul, the South Korean club have announced. The midfielder underwent a medical yesterday ahead of signing for the club on a free transfer.
