Roker Rapport Podcast: Catching up with Andrea Bell of Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen!

Gav and Craig headed down to have a socially distant conversation with the utterly wonderful Andrea Bell, following on from our Podcast and Fundraiser last year, to find out how they’ve all been coping at the charity since her last appearance and what Andrea and the team’s plans are for tackling not just poverty this Christmas, but poverty in the coming years on Wearside. You can listen FREE on AcastiTunesSpotify, & YouTube - get stuck in!

What are we talking about?

Should poverty and hunger be issues faced by millions of people in the UK in the year 2020? The answer is no. Do you or I have the power to eradicate these problems overnight? Again, no. Can you or I do something to make a difference? Yes, we can.

By supporting the work of the Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen, we can make a real difference to the lives of real people in our city.

This Christmas, we are asking the Sunderland family to help raise funds for Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen.

2020 has been a tough year for us all, but more for some than others. Hungry people in Sunderland need your help. Please help the Community Soup Kitchen to help them - click here to donate today.

Thank you.
