Roker Riches: The bookies can’t quite decide who will win the Southend v Sunderland game...

Despite sitting at different ends of the table, the bookies can’t seem to pick a clear winner of this weekend’s game between Southend and Sunderland. Where’s your money going?

Danny Roberts

Should have lumped it all on 1-1, lads.

At least Rory put a fiver on 1-1 for Sunderland’s game against Portsmouth though! If only he’d done that for more of our games this season, he’d be on a much healthier balance.

Speaking of healthy balances, Danny made his look even better as he won £177.60 last week. He threw a wedge of £50 on a Championship based treble and it gives him a chance of taking the Riches crown as we approach the final stages.

Will Danny be able to usurp Gav this week or will the leader keep his place? Let’s find out...

The Table...

The Banker’s Bonus...

If Sunderland finish the season in 3rd place, The Banker will give each gambler a free £10 treble on the final day of the Premier League.

Gav - @Gav1879

Sunderland to win and BTTS: Southend really need to win and we’re crap at defending. That said, I still think we’ll take the three points. £20 returns £98.

Fourfold: Spurs, Bristol City, Charlton and Lincoln. Big winner... £30 returns £524.

Rory - @RoryFallow

Southend 1-1 Sunderland: Might as well get another 1-1 in. £10 returns £60.

Fulham to beat Wolves: A total punt to make my balance look good. Wolves might be on the beach and Fulham have bizarrely started winning. At 6/1, it’s worth the risk. £10 returns £70.

Danny - @DJRoberts22

Sunderland to win: As Southend will be scrapping for everything, it’s a perfect chance for the lads to get a bit of momentum-building win behind them and go into the play-offs on a high. £5 returns £12.50.

Treble: Wolves and Charlton to pick up the three points and Boro to win/draw, which should see them pip Derby to the final play-off spot. £50 returns £165.53.

Dan Parker - @DGP202

Luke O’Nien to score anytime: Definitely not backing us to get anything in this game so time to back an unlikely scorer. £5 returns £45.

Aguero to score 3 or more: City have a relatively tough test in their penultimate game but can see them (and Aguero) being up for the occasion. £5 returns £50.

Chris - @ChrisSavedLatin

Sunderland to win and BTTS: Time to go out in style before the play-offs, Sunderland to win by a few. £50 returns £245.

Five-fold: I’m gonna copy Gav since he’s winning and that... £45 returns £768.

Graham - @GF_RokerReport

Sunderland/Southend over 2.5 goals: Southend need to win, Sunderland are capable of scoring goals but can’t keep them out. £10 returns £19.50.

Wolves, Liverpool, Bayern and Schalke: Standard Graham bet of two English games and two Bundesliga bets. Fairly straight forward for me. £30 returns £113.40.
