Jon McLaughlin: 5/10
The playing out from the back didn’t suit him and he gave the ball away as a result, which should have cost us a goal.
Jordan Willis: 6/10
Carrying the ball forward suited him and he looked really comfortable on the right of a three. Strong and composed.
Alim Ozturk: 5/10
Like McLaughlin, he lost possession passing it about and nearly cost us a goal. Passing was erratic and struggled whenever someone with pace ran at him.
Tom Flanagan: 5/10
Also slightly erratic but was threatening on set pieces, so gets a slightly higher mark based on that.
Luke O’Nien: 6/10
Enjoyed going forward because of the space Bolton afforded him. Showed some neat touches but felt he slowed us down more often than not.
Grant Leadbitter: 2/10
Shocking. Slow, ponderous, crap on the ball. He’s lost his legs and it’s sad to see. Probably being generous with a two...
Max Power: 3/10
Anonymous. Just wanted to pass it short and sideways. He’s much better when his passing is quicker.
Denver Hume: 7/10
Got forward with ease and his crossing was outstanding in the first half, but quieter in the second. With better players up top we would have scored a hatful off them in the first half.
Lynden Gooch: 6/10
Was constantly trying to force openings - we are definitely better with him on the pitch. Often accused of being selfish but at the moment I think we need some selfish players up top.
Duncan Watmore: 4/10
Worked hard but his end product is sorely lacking. Hasn't got a trick in him and just runs in straight lines - so predictable.
Charlie Wyke: 4/10
Should have done better considering Bridcutt was at centre half. Won some good battles but the crosses Hume put in should have seen him score a few.
(SUB) Chris Maguire: 6/10
At least he made the keeper work a bit.
(SUB) Laurens de Bock: 5/10
Strange sub. We should have just changed our shape and brought another attacker on.
(SUB) Marc McNulty: 5/10
Quiet in the limited time he was on.
