Just one change to the Sunderland side today as Dylan McGeouch comes into the team in place of the suspended Lee Cattermole. Haway!

Sunderland have named a largely unchanged for this afternoon’s game with Charlton - although, notably there have only been six players named on the substitutes bench.

With Lee Cattermole absent due to a suspension he picked up after accruing ten yellow cards for the season, Scotland international Dylan McGeouch comes into the midfield in his place for today.

That means the Lads line up in their unorthodox 4-4-2 system which was tested to some success at Blackpool - here’s hoping it has enough to defeat an in-form Addicks side.

Sunderland: Mclaughlin, James, Baldwin, Flanagan, O’Nien, McGeouch, Power, McGeady, Gooch, Maja, Wyke. Subs: Ruiter, Ozturk, Mumba, Maguire, Watmore, Sinclair.
