ROKER RICHES: Sunderland keen to keep their unbeaten run going - Maja to score anytime is evens!

Believe it or not, Sunderland’s fantastic form in the league is coinciding nicely with that of our betting pundits, who just can’t stop winning money at the minute. Follow our tips if you dare!

Roker Riches!
Danny Roberts

Just like Sunderland, our gamblers keep on winning!

There were no huge treble figure winnings last week but some nice, modest profits were made by the lads. Rory brought £44 in courtesy of a Premier League fourfold coming off, while Connor won all three of his bets.

Back at the start of the season, Danny took up BETDAQ’s offer of Sunderland to get more points than Newcastle in the opening five games and that’s gone quite nicely, hasn’t it?

It means Danny raked in almost £60 last week - not bad at all.

Let’s see if our players can mirror Sunderland and keep up their fine fluttering form!

The Banker’s Bonus...

Surely Lee Cattermole won’t score again? If he does find the net against Oxford, the banker will give each player a free £20 double on next week’s League One fixtures.

Our Picks...

Gav - @Gav1879

Sunderland to win 1-0: Pretty much every game we’ve played so far this season has been frantic, so one of two things are bound to happen sooner rather than later - we’ll get beat off someone who really shouldn’t be taking three points off us, and we’ll win a game in a rather boring style, keeping a clean sheet and only scoring the one goal. I fancy us to do just that this weekend so I’m plopping a tenner on it. £10 returns £70.

Fourfold: Crystal Palace, Derby County, Scunthorpe and Gateshead. £10 returns £327.60.

Rory - @RoryFallow

Josh Maja to score any time: It’s actually quite hard to find any value on the lads at the minute, what with us being bloody brilliant at football now. At evens though, I’ll back His Majasty to score any time. £10 returns £20.

Wolves & Peterborough to win: Betting against West Ham is working well for me so far this season, so I’ll take Wolves to take all three points at the London Stadium. I’ll sweeten it with Peterborough to keep up their good form at home to Doncaster. £5 returns £29.40.

Danny - @DJRoberts22

Sunderland to win & over 2 goals in the game: Despite Oxford picking up a much-needed three points last week, I think the Lads will continue their rich reign of form and comfortably win the game. £5 returns £11.

Fivefold: Man City, Everton, Portsmouth, Walsall and Crewe to win. £10 returns £140.48.

Bromley - @connorbromley

Sunderland to win and over 3.5 goals: I reckon we can beat Oxford this weekend quite comfortably, but think that we might concede. £10 returns £35.

Leicester to beat Liverpool: Leicester are priced at a ludicrous 6/1 to beat Liverpool at the King Power Stadium and I feel that is worth £10. Puel’s side won last weekend and I think they are a very decent home side. £10 returns £70.

Dan Parker - @DGP202

Sunderland to win, one or more booking, two or more corners, and over 2.5 goals in the game: We’re scoring, we’re winning, and there are always bookings and corners. What’s not to like about this bet? £10 returns £36.

Ninefold: The first big one of the season! Linfield, Man City, St Etienne, Atalanta, Barcelona, Madrid, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea. All to win. Show me the money! £5 returns 216.01.

Chris - @chrissavedlatin

Sunderland to win: I’m bottom, I need to bet big to get back amongst it. Surely we will beat these Southern jobbers on Saturday, right? £60 returns £92.

Liverpool, Palace, Man City and Peterborough to win: Time to bet the rest of my bank balance on this four-fold. All favourites, all SHOULD come in... £28 returns £188.40.

Graham - @AsylumDoors

Sunderland v Oxford over 1.5 goals: I fancy another home win, but I do think Oxford will nick a goal back with Ozturk likely to start in the absence of Loovens. £5 returns £12.50.

Man. City, Sunderland and Preston to win: Newcastle have looked dire and shouldn’t cause City any issues, I’m confident we’ll get past Oxford and although Bolton have been playing well of late, I think the run they’re on will come to an end at Deepdale. £20 return £57.20.
