That’s more like it!
All bar one of our gamblers won a bet last week, leading to some very big profits. Gav, Rory and Walshie managed to win both bets, leading to earnings of £195, £55 & £115.80 respectively. After a slight wobble, Gav has tightened his grip on first place by steaming almost £250 ahead of Dan in second.
There could be a battle for second place on the cards though. Walshie only trails Dan by £18.73, so we could easily have some changes to the leaderboard this time next week.
Let’s see if the lads can replicate their fine predictions with their latest flutters, including a free £20 bet courtesy of the banker’s bonus coming in.
The Banker’s Bonus...
The Banker certainly didn’t expect to be giving everyone a free bet this week, so he’s playing it safe this time around. He will give each player a free £10 correct score bet on next weeks game between Tottenham & Manchester City, but only if Sunderland can beat Leeds United by two clear goals.
Walshie - @Walshie409
Sunderland to win: Because... why not? £3 Returns £11.25.
Cologne to win: Because... why not? £3 Returns £6.30.
Free £20 Bet - Dortmund v Stuttgart over 2.5 goals: Because... why not? £20 Returns £33.33.

Leeds 1-1 Sunderland, 5/1: I don’t know why but I fancy this one to be a score draw. We’re definitely better away from home, and Leeds have loads of injuries, so this one might be slightly more competitive than the game earlier in the season. £5 returns £30.
Wigan, Birmingham & Falkirk to win: The odds on this treble aren’t the best really but I’m going all in with my free bet, sooooooooo. £5 returns £29.15.
Free £20 Bet - Sixfold: Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Dortmund, Marseille, Benfica & Galatasaray all to win. £20 returns £236.98.
Rory - @RoryFallow
Aiden McGeady to score anytime: Dafabet have tempted me with their priceboost and why not? McGeady has looked decent lately and hopefully his goal isn’t just a consolation. £10 returns £52.50.
Liverpool to beat Everton & over 3.5 goals: The Reds will still be bouncing after their great Champions League win and should take full advantage of an inconsistent Toffees side. £10 returns £50.
Free £20 Bet - Swansea, Chelsea & Arsenal treble: They face West Brom, Southampton & West Ham so I can’t wait to see how this goes wrong. £20 returns £129.30.

Leeds v Sunderland - Leeds to win: I think the Sheffield Wednesday loss would have sucked the life out of the players and we’ll see a limp performance from them on Saturday. £5 returns £10.
Wigan, Brentford and Man City all to win: I’m risking it this week but I need a massive turn around now to get back in this. £10 returns £39.05.
Lincoln City to win Checkatrade Trophy: My hometown team are at Wembley this Sunday and I bloody hope they come back with the silverware. I’ll be in the stands and it feels right to put my £20 free bet on this. £20 returns £56.
Bromley - @ConnorBromley
Sunderland to win: Leeds are sh*t. Sunderland are sh*t. I think we can be less sh*t on the day. And I need a big win so I am throwing £50s out till the end of the season. £50 returns £187.50.
Brighton and Stoke double: Stoke are at 9/1 to win this weekend at home to Spurs! I know Spurs have been good but ha’way - there is a chance that Stoke take all three points. £50 returns £925.
Free £20 bet: Birmingham to beat Burton. £20 returns £36.
Graham - @AsylumDoors
Aiden McGeady to score anytime: I quite fancy a draw and say what you will about the little Irishman, but he carries a goal threat. £3 returns £15.75.
Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and City to win: Fairly standard bet, but decent enough odds! £5 returns £38.18.
Free £20 bet: Bayern, Inter, Derby and Birmingham to win. £20 returns £186.49.
Dan Parker - @DGP202
Leeds v Sunderland over 3.5 goals: We can’t defend. At all. And all three of our ‘keepers have digestive biscuits for hands. £5 returns £16.50.
Barcelona and Oxford double: One plays majestic two touch football. And the other relies on Messi to bail them out. £10 on both teams to win returns £28.57.
Free £20 bet - Fowler E/W at Masters: I’ve got a lot of faith in little Rickie this year. And his odds seem long to me given his consistent performances at Augusta. £10 E/W stake returns £360.
