Roker Riches: Struggling Sunderland are 3/1 to topple QPR this weekend - worth a few quid?

Having gone eight games without a win, surely now is the time for Sunderland to taste victory? The bookies have us at around 3/1 this weekend - decent odds?

Roker Riches - what bets have you got on this weekend? |

Incredible scenes as two of our gamblers managed a profit last week!

Hey, that might not sound like much but after the luck we’ve been having, this is massive. Rory correctly called another Arsenal shambles, backing them to lose to Brighton with both teams to score, while Graham’s £20 on both Sunderland & Millwall to score was well placed.

Bromley continued his balls to the wall approach by putting two £50 bets on. They both lost.

The Table...

The Banker’s Bonus...

The banker is going to keep this offer rolling until Sunderland manage a win. He still feels confident they won’t though so he’s offering each player a free £20 bet on whatever they like, should SAFC defeat QPR.

Our Picks...

Walshie - @Walshie409

QPR to win: Lol @ this shambolic mess of a football club. £5 returns £9.50.

Bayern Munich to win by 4 or more: They’re going to give Hamburg a good, hard drilling. £3 returns £11.25.

Gav - @Gav1879

Sunderland to win, 3/1: We simply have to, and QPR aren’t great either. £10 returns £40.

Fourfold: Brighton, Wigan and Luton to win, and a draw in the Villa v Wolves game. £10 returns £312.48.

Rory - @RoryFallow

QPR 1-1 Sunderland: If we turn up, the best we seem to manage is a draw. QPR aren’t very good so let’s see if we can make it another 1-1 in the capital. £5 returns £32.50.

Liverpool to win over 2.5 goals: Manchester United will look to spoil the game but Liverpool’s attacking might should prove too much for them. £5 returns £20.

Danny - @DJRoberts22

QPR v Sunderland - away side to win: I’ll go for this again as it’s about time we win a game and give us all false hope. £3 returns £12.

Rotherham, Middlesbrough and Newcastle to win: Some good odds here for a trio of home favourites. £10 returns £80.67.

Bromley - @connorbromley

Nedum Onohua to score anytime: How many times have we seen a former player we once deemed not good enough for us score an important goal against us? I am backing Onohua to do the same this weekend. £2 returns £17.

Mags to lose: They deserve a defeat after they broke some of our seats in the U23 derby midweek. Southampton will win this vital relegation six-pointer. £5 returns £13.75

Graham - @AsylumDoors

Sunderland to lose: I can’t see anything but a plummet into League One and nothing says relegation like defeat to QPR. £5 returns £9.25.

Huddersfield, Hertha and West Brom all to draw: I’m going to see Hertha tomorrow and they always draw when I go, I can’t pick between the other two games either. So three draws it is. £3 returns £96.72.

Dan Parker - @DGP202

QPR to score first: I still can’t bring myself to bet on us losing. Although we will. So I’ll bet on QPR to score first (before we crumble like a hot biscuit). £5 returns £8.08.

Lower league fivefold: Scouting the lower leagues for potential profit and am going for Salford, Harrogate, Mansfield, Wigan, and Blackburn to win. £5 returns £122.60.
