Roker Riches: Haway Haway Haway Haway Haway Haway! Can Sunderland beat the Boro? We’re 3/1!

Where’s the safe money when it comes to Sunderland v Boro?

Roker Riches!
RokerReport.com

Terrible stuff again from us last week - we truly apologise.

Fair play to Walshie though, he didn’t let his heart rule his head and managed to make £9.50 worth of profit last week. Obviously, he is a disgrace for backing Brentford to beat Sunderland but he’s a disgrace with £9.50 in his pocket.

I do feel it necessary to point out the hilarity of Graham’s fourfold last week. He only needed Celtic to beat St Johnstone to rake in almost £50 and they couldn’t even score a goal. Insert Lucas Leiva “unluckeeee” gif here.

Yet again, let’s see if the lads can turn this around with their bets this week.

The Table...

The Banker’s Bonus...

The Banker is so confident that Sunderland won’t turn their fortunes around that he is offering to give each player a free £20 bet next week on whatever they desire should we manage to beat the Boro.

Our Picks...

Walshie - @Walshie409

Sunderland to lose by 2 or more goals: Sorry lads. £5 returns £27.50.

Bayern Munich to win: Easy money. I hope. £50 returns £58.83.

Gav - @Gav1879

Boro to win & over 2.5 goals: I just hope I lose this bet on the basis that Sunderland win, but I can’t see it. Both times we’ve played Boro this season we’ve been bullied by them in the air and outpaced on the floor, and I’m not expecting any different this weekend. £20 returns £70.

Leicester to beat Stoke & Man City -1: I’ve not won a treble in a few weeks so I’m changing tact and opting for something a little different to my usual betting style. £10 returns £87.50.

Rory - @RoryFallow

Sunderland to win: I just never learn. £5 returns £19.

Burnley, Liverpool & Leicester to win: All three are the favourites and all three are at home. What could possibly go wrong? £10 returns £59.74.

Danny - @DJRoberts22

Sunderland v Middlesbrough - away side to win: We won’t win, of course. I’ll be amazed if we win more than two more games this season. £3 returns £6.15.

Birmingham and Burton to win: We all know this is coming too. A double for our relegation rivals could really cement relegation to League One. £10 returns £94.29.

Bromley - @connorbromley

Sunderland to win: I have given up all hope of winning the Roker Riches so my target now is to finish bottom of the table - much like Sunderland will be come may. So I am chucking £50 smackeroos on this. £50 returns £190.

Bournemouth to beat the Mags: I once took Bournemouth from League Two to the Champions League on Football manager 2010. I have always had a soft spot for them ever since. £50 returns £110.

Graham - @AsylumDoors

Sunderland to lose by 2 or more goals: I’m copying Walshie’s bet here. £5 returns £27.50.

Leicester, Bayern and Rangers to win: This one seems foolproof. £10 returns £34.50.

Dan Parker - @DGP202

Boro to score first: I can’t bring myself to put money on our inevitable defeat so I’ll do the next best thing and back Boro to score first instead. If I could put money on it being a goalkeeping error, I would. £6 returns £10.36.

11 team acca: Burnley, Liverpool, Spurs, Madrid, Barca, Inter, Bayern, PSG, Wigan, Wycombe, and Salford City. Covering quite the spread of teams here. £6 returns £310.11.
