Week #39 Table

Gav - @Gav1879

We're just about done with this feature and I figured that I may as well try and win the bloody thing, so I'm placing faith in a treble that will hopefully shotgun me to the top of the pile. Arsenal, Fulham and Rangers all to win this weekend returns me £532.69 off one hundred smackeroonies.

Sunderland... ah aye, Sunderland. I almost forgot. Erm... Swansea need to win, but so did Hull last weekend. And whilst you'd think the advantage is with them, there's a reason that they are even battling relegation - although their good result last weekend will have helped, and a win against us will place them as firm favourites for survival.

I'll have £2 on it ending a 1-1 draw, which has been priceboosted to 7/1 by Dafabet.

I think our game against Swansea will be a tight, fairly nervous, affair so odds of 10/3 for a draw under 2.5 goals looks good to me. I'll stick £5 on that, giving me a potential return of £21.67.

Ah Arsenal. Their form is looking good and they may just sneak fourth place. So wouldn't it be the most Arsenal thing to ever Arsenal if they lost away to Stoke? I'll couple that with a Crystal Palace win over relegation threatened Hull. Another fiver on this double would earn me just shy of fifty notes, with the overall winnings being £49.87.

Dan Parker - @DGP202

I really don’t want to bet on Sunderland despite winning a bet based on them scoring first last weekend. But I’m tempted by Dafabet’s price boosted odds of a 1-1 draw so I’ll stick £2 on Sunderland v Swansea finishing 1-1 at 7/1, which returns £16.

Last week was the sixth time an acca has let me down because of just one result. I’ve never liked Sporting Lisbon anyway. This week I’m going for wins for Madrid, City, Arsenal, Palace, Monaco, and Feyenoord. £3 on my six team acca returns £29.46.

Andy Tomlinson - @SAFCSource

Our last home game in the Premier League for the foreseeable future and that will likely also mean Jermain Defoe's last appearance at the Stadium of Light in a Sunderland shirt, so despite Swansea being desperate for the points, I am going for Defoe to fire us to victory. £10 on Jermain Defoe to score two or more returns £80.

Elsewhere, Middlesbrough's relegation was confirmed earlier this week, so I'm going to have a bet on them following our lead and winning once the pressure's off. £5 on Middlesbrough to beat Southampton and both teams to score returns £32.50.

Danny Roberts - @DJRoberts22

I feel Swansea will probably win, just for the fact they're fighting for their lives. However, I am torn on a draw. But, looking at what is more likely, and that is that Swansea will be the winners, I'll place £3 on them to win. That will see get £5.85.

My final bet will be a treble on Fulham to win their home leg against Reading in the Championship play-offs, while also punting on wins for Odense and Benfica. £10 on that will see me have a £39.38.

Chris Sparks - @ChrisSavedLatin

I just want this season to be over, both in football and betting terms. This week I’m going big, placing £30 on a treble of Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal. Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal to win - £30 returns £88.00.

For my Sunderland bet, I’m going to put £20 on a Sunderland win. Stupid, I know. That returns £84.00.
