Following on from Sunderland's awful display yesterday afternoon in the capital we hit record to discuss the fallout from the game - joining host Damian this week were Gav, Tom and Bowers and none of them are feeling particularly positive, as you'd imagine.
There's plenty of Moyes talk, and also in depth discussion on Adnan Januzaj's contributions since arriving at the club.
