Sunderland vs. Swansea City: Confirmed Lineups

The teams are in for the final game of this, eventful, Premier League season.

For the first time in six matches, Gus Poyet has made changes to his starting eleven, with Phil Bardsley and Liam Bridcutt replacing the (presumably) injured Marcos Alonso and Lee Cattermole. Fabio Borini starts for the final game of his loan spell, while youngsters El Hadji Ba, Charis Mavrias and Liam Agnew get a place on the bench.

Meanwhile Garry Monk has rung in the changes for his first game in charge as 'official' manager. There are six in total with Gerhard Tremmel replacing the injured Michel Vorm, and Neil Taylor, Kyle Bartley, Jay Fulton, Marvin Emnes and Nathan Dyer all coming in.
