Sunderland Echo
Sunderland striker Jozy Altidore has a whole host of admirers right across Europe, according to his agent Lyle Yorks.
The American was watched by numerous German clubs, three Italian teams and two from France when in action for his country at Craven Cottage recently.
His chances are severely limited at the Stadium of Light and he now seems certain to depart in January.
The Chronicle
Steven Fletcher won't alter his robust approach to games, despite his recent ankle scare suffered when on international duty with Scotland.
The star had surgery on his ankle ligaments in April 2013 and was worried about a recurrence of the injury when heavily tackled by Ireland's Aiden McGeady.
However, no lasting damage was found and Fletcher promises he won't change his style of play in order to avoid such confrontations on the field.
Northern Echo
French full-back Anthony Reveillere is set for a contract extension after his promising start to life on Wearside.
The free agent signed a short-term deal until the end of the season when he joined Sunderland in October, but boss Gus Poyet is ready to offer him new terms in a bid to keep him at the club beyond the summer.
