The final podcast of the season was never going to be as structured or rigid as a pre-match one. Gareth Barker joined me, as always, as we dissected the season that never really got going or was worthy of any outside attention. Well, until a crazy Italian took control of the hotseat. There appears to be no end to what can be discussed about Paolo and his past, current and future actions. Martin O'Neill on the other hand? We manage to give it air time but we promise it won't send you to sleep.

Joining us as we diverted away from agenda on some sort SAFC tangent, was Frankie and Michael from one of Wearside's finest ever bands - Frankie and the Heartstrings. Gary Foster covers the lads for Shields Gazette and he also dropped into my secret studio for a good old chinwag. We discuss most of the things we thought relevant without repeating previous debates. And nobody mentioned politics. Twas a good day.

We're set to have a huge production meeting* in the summer to discuss how we can progress and evolve the podcast further. The quality of guests has been outstanding, so a huge thanks to them all. I may even yet persuade one of the Roker Report lot to drop into the studio. Stranger things have happened.
