Forgotten man Ji Dong-Won looks set to exit Wearside in the upcoming January transfer window, with a number of teams looking to snap up the Korean striker.
It has been reported in the Korean press that his former side Chunnam Dragons are keen to bring him back to the club on a cut-price deal, but it's thought the club are looking to make at least their money back on the striker, with the rumored £1m but from the Dragons way below that.
German Bundesliga outfit Augsburg are also said to be keen on Ji, and it had been reported earlier in the month in some places that a deal was already in place.
Speaking at the time though, manager Martin O'Neill told the Sunderland Echo;
Augsburg have been in touch and would be interested in Ji, but they are not the only club who want to take him.
We will wait and see what the future holds for Ji, but his long-term prospects on Wearside are not looking too good at the moment.
