FanPost

Is this a 1 step forward 2 steps back?

I can only hope like every Sunderland fan that this is not a repeat of what we saw during Peter Reid's and possibly Steve Bruce's era. We build a good squad and have a good season for it then to go belly up because players want to leave or Ellis short refuses to invest.

I look from the outside as a fan and it's all positive so far a part from the Colback situation in which we could all agree as the club said "left a bitter taste". Although the situation came across as a bit childish in the end I hope the club learnt its lesson. The transfers so far have been pleasing and seem to becoming more and more positive.

I suppose I can only hope when the squad comes back in July that start as they mean to finish and who knows.....We might be tasting those cheesy chips again

Are you making a FanPost? Well that's fantastic, just keep it tasteful.
