Subs: Oscar Ustari, Carlos Cuellar, Santiago Vergini, Seb Larsson, Emanuele Giaccherini, Craig Gardner, Nacho Scocco

Meanwhile Everton manager Roberto Martinez has made just one change from the side that comfortably beat Arsenal 3-0, with Barcelona loanee Gerard Deulofeu replacing Kevin Mirallas. Former Seaham Hall resident Aiden McGeady is on the bench.
