2nd half pushing on,
2nd half consolidation,
2nd half hold on,
are very useful.
Football, they say, is a game of two halves... It is. In the Premiership, the only 'easy' way to win is to play two good halves.
16 halves remaining. Not 8 shit ones and 8 fightbacks. 16 GOOD halves REMAINING
And since this half arsed blog system only lets me post a minimum of 75 words (why when 10 are sufficient to comment on a Sunderland performance usually)?
A quick word on Palace. What a result! Beating Chelsea 1-0. Very very unlike Mourhinho to underestimate any team like that. Full credit to Pulis and the palace team for that result. Chelsea ain't nicking anything with fuck ups like that. That result, of course, makes it all the harder for Sunderland to stay up. Unfortunately it's no surprise to me. Until Sunderland play with that same urgency and will to want to stay up, they're going nowhere. (except down).
