Cattermole or Briccutt? Or Both?

I think a big question that is on the minds of many of the Sunderland faithful is the midfield now that Cattermole is back in contention. With the last two game's midfield choices looking strong (Bridcutt, Ki, Borini, Johnson and Colback) do we dare question the return of 'Our Lee'?

Since he came back from the darkness of Di canio, him and Mr Bardsley seem to have shone. He was back playing well with the added bonus of not being suspended (as often). However in more recent weeks he made silly mistakes (Aston Villa) and was starting to lose confidence after rumours of Bridcutt coming in and his departure looking imminent. However I feel we need to boost our former captain's confidence and start him with Bridcutt.

If you started Bridcutt with Cattermole behind Ki, Borini and Johnson I feel we would have a lot more strength defensively and we would also give freedom to one of them to join in the attack occasionally and also more attacking freedom for our full backs (which is massively important in the modern game).

Although Jack Colback has been playing well, I have never been able to nail down what 'type' of midfielder he is, and I think with a more formalised midfield we will control games more, reduce attacks and have more possession which can only work in our favour.
