Fulham, Southampton & Man U Games

Been away again. Catching up.

These three games truly determine Sunderland's future now

What a transformation at Fulham. Sunderland didn't just win it, but they won it in style and ground Fulham into the dust while doing it. 3 points, GD +3. Lower ranked team, but it's the first time Sunderland have properly helped themselves this season. Excellent. KILLER instinct.

At Southhampton, Sunderland grafted hard. They showed a real will to get something from the game. Mid table opposition... What is it? You just know you have to play harder against better teams. 1 point at home. Maybe could have done a little better. Not a bad result though. DETERMINATION.

Manure Knighted. Wow. You beat th league winners over two legs in the Cup (C1). I mean, YOU BEAT THE PREMIERSHIP CHAMPIONS OVER TWO LEGS... The second leg in the theatre of 'mares (for Moyes) showed DESIRE and TOTAL COMMITMENT to win.

I wish you well against City in the final. I'll be rooting for you. Well you are the underdogs, after all. The whole country (except the blue bit of Manc) will be rooting for you. You know you can beat City. City won't want another Wigan incident at Wembley. It should be a cracking game. Sunderland will need to show all of the above qualities in abundance to win the cup.

How can Sunderland get relegated now? Simples... Don't show ALL of these qualities in the remaining league fixtures.

aND THE FOURTH MATCH... Kidderminster? Who are they? ...Exactly. Well you won, with what some may consider the 'B' team. Many were playing for regular starts and/or a place at Wembley and to be frank, haven't really nailed those starts. But, at least they won, so the 'B' team is showing some of the attributes above.

Sunderland's desiny is now, so completely within its control. Control events. Take the points where needed. Win the matches where needed. And whatever you do, don't go to penalties at Wembley...

Are you making a FanPost? Well that's fantastic, just keep it tasteful.
