After an incredibly underwhelming start to the season, Sunderland Head Coach Paolo Di Canio's future at the club hangs in the balance after it was revealed that talks will be held tomorrow about whether or not the former Swindon Town man will continue.
Italian Journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who is spot on nearly every time, has tweeted;
Tomorrow @SAFCofficial will decide Di Canio's future: he could be sacked, Di Matteo is one of the considered names.

Di Marzio has been first to break several stories regarding Sunderland, including the signing of Emanuele Giaccherini this summer, and clearly has an inside line to the club.
Following defeat at the hands of West Bromwich Albion yesterday, it did feel like something was in the air and Di Canio may get his papers sooner rather than later. Especially when added to the rumours of a number of players growing disillusioned with the Italian's methods.
Of course he may not leave. He may do enough to convince Ellis Short and the clubs board that he is worth keeping on. However it's certainly an interesting turn of events that they are at least seeking some answers, and exploring other possibilities.
Overnight Paolo Di Canio has moved into odds-on favourite with all major bookmakers to be the first Premier League manager to leave his post this season.
