Wise Men Say Podcast: Episode 9

Richard Heathcote

As you know we've turned over the podcast keys to Salut Sunderland's excellent Wise Men Say show, hosted by Stephen Goldsmith and Gareth Barker. Here's where you can get it, and what to look forward to...

As you know after 100 long episodes we finally called time on our own Roker Report Podcast. A mixture of too many technical issues and simply not enough time meant that we couldn't give it the all we really wanted to. On the plus side there still will be a voice of the fans out there in the form of Wise Men Say.

Wise Men Say is an excellent Sunderland podcast made by fans, for fans. Originating from the brains of Stephen Goldsmith and Gareth Barker and hosted on Salut Sunderland, we figured that if you can't beat them, join them. So we did just that.

We're lending our full support to them and we hope you do too. We're even going to guest on the show on a semi-regular basis with our views and to give ourselves a little plug.

For the ninth episode they're joined by Twitter's @ProfanitySwan to talk all things Sunderland and look back at the debacle of Villa Park as well as the person we spoke to in Fan Focus, TeamTalk writer and Stoke City expert Mark Holmes to look ahead to a crunch match on Monday.

So where can you get your hands on the latest piece of magnificence? Well check out the SoundCloud player below:

You can also check it out on iTunes too - HERE

And don't forget to follow them on Twitter too for further updates - @WiseMenSay1973

And of course you'll find it on all good podcast players on your phone, tablet and any other swanky device you have.

We hope you enjoy the show and get yourself subscribed!
