As expected, with Steven Fletcher out injured, Danny Graham leads the line ahead of Stephane Sessegnon. James McClean's impressive form on international duty leads to a recall, while Phil Bardsley also returns to the starting XI, with Craig Gardner pushing into midfield. Elsewhere Titus Bramble replaces Carlos Cuellar, while Alfred N'Diaye comes in for Seb Larsson. Youngster Mikael Mandron makes his first appearence on the Sunderland bench.
