Sunderland Vs Bolton Wanderers: Confirmed Lineups

Mark Thompson

The teamsheet from tonight's game at the Stadium of Light are in, so here's everything you need to know ahead of tonight's game against Bolton Wanderers.

Martin O'Neill sends out a strong team for tonight's FA Cup Third Round Replay, although still is able to rest some starters.

Phil Bardsley comes in at left back as Jack Colback moves into midfield, while Matt Kilgallon also joins him in the backline at the expense of John O'Shea.

Colback partners the impressive David Vaughan in the middle of midfield, while COnnor Wickham comes into attack to replace Steven Fletcher.

Neither Fletcher nor O'Shea make the bench as there's a rare spot for Louis Saha and a surprising return for Lee Cattermole.

Kader Mangane and Alfred N'Diaye will have to watch from the stands as neither are eligible.

Sunderland (4-4-2): Simon Mignolet, Craig Gardner, Phil Bardsley, Matt Kilgallon, Titus Bramble; Adam Johnson, Jack Colback, David Vaughan, James McClean; Stephane Sessegnon, Connor Wickham

Substitutes: Lee Cattermole, Seb Larsson, Fraizer Campbell, James McFadden, Louis Saha, Keiren Westwood.

Dougie Freedman makes several changes from our first game against the Wanderers.

Andy Longergan will look to continue his fine form which he showed last time to take it as far as this replay, while there's also starts for Chris Eagles, Josh Vela, Jay Spearing and Benik Afobe.

There's also a slot on the bench for former Sunderland man Stuart Holden as he comes back from a lengthy injury lay-off.
